Start with clear availability
A useful booking journey should answer three questions early: which space fits, when it is available, and what the selected schedule costs. Showing those answers before checkout reduces uncertainty and abandoned reservations.
Let the plan determine the schedule
Hourly bookings need start and end times, while daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans need clear access periods. The interface should only offer plans enabled for the selected workspace and should always use the corresponding rate.
Confirm every successful payment
ThynkSpace uses Paystack for checkout. After verification, the booking record, payment status, customer confirmation, and downloadable ticket should all reference the same booking number so the guest and operations team share one source of truth.
